Fantastic experience, my ears had become pretty badly blocked and it was causing pretty bad stress, after sending a message on the website I was able to get a booking the same afternoon. I was taken through the entire procedure, things were explained so I understood what was happening, and I was even given a view of how things were looking!
Very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this place if you need ear wax removal!

I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Booked appointment and seen within 24 hours. Micro suctioning procedure, explained in depth, opportunity to ask any questions and reassurance given throughout the procedure. Pain-free and all wax removed within several minutes. Would highly recommend this clinic, my audiologist was amazing.

This was my first ever visit to get my ears checked in all my 60+ years of living and it was awesome. My complaint was tinnitus and Dr Rizvi performed a comprehensive assessment including a questionnaire which evaluated how much distress my hearing was causing. The whole procedure was well explained. I was given a hearing aid to try and it was like magic. The tinnitus has completely gone which I thought would never leave. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I am so happy, I have Clarity Ear Clinic behind me as I would not be as happy as I am now without them.

I have been to see Clarity Ear Clinic on three different occasions for both dewaxing and a hearing test. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they still wore masks and aprons many months after pandemic had finished. The care has been fantastic on each occasion and very pleasant to visit. Clarity Ear Clinic were great in helping my dad out with his ear wax issues. They adapted well in our home and were very considerate and even took of their shoes to respect out house rules. Amazing service! Beforehand I was nervous about the Microsuction procedure having never done something like this before, however, there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The audiologist who treated me explained the process in depth and reassured me throughout. My ear went from totally blocked to being completely clear in under 20 minutes. With the equipment, I was shown a before and after of my ear wax which was a nice feature. I would highly recommend this service to everyone!
