If your device has been superseded by a new model and its within 60 days since you have received your new hearing aids we will exchange it for the latest model. All you have to do is speak to our team.

Clarity Ear Clinic offers a bespoke aftercare package for your hearing aids purchased elsewhere. Experience our platinum level care for a lifetime for £1200. This includes complimentary wax removal, loan hearing aids, batteries, domes and filters.
Hearing Aid Repair
We can repair all makes of hearing aid for a fixed fee of £100.00.
This would then include a 6-month warranty on the instrument as well.
